I paid for something on eBay and then they remove the item for sale after my purchase and the payment has been sent to the seller. I was just wondering when or how my credit card would be refunded. This was my first time making a purchase from eBay.

You will need to file a dispute or if you are that new maybe you should call PayPal and have them talk you through it.

File an "Item not received" claim here;

And, in one of the drop-down boxes in the claim, choose "Seller is Not a Registered User".  Then finish the form and submit it, ebay will refund your money.
