material not recieved

I entered into an agreement with Hogan 6809.  Material was not shipped, asked why and recieved requests to be patient and the coin would be shipped, now more than 45 days have passed.  No answers from Hogan, Not able to resolve with EBay and Paypal.  Is there no recourse for being a 'nice'guy and waiting like I was asked to?

Unfortunately the key was 45 days and the seller knew the rules.   As per the User Agreement:

If you wish to open a Dispute through PayPal's Online Resolution Center you must do so within 45 days of making your payment.

You can still try to open a Dispute and if you paid by credit card, you should contact the card issuer to see if they can do anything for you.
