im selling a screen protector on ebay....i want to send it by white envelopes as shipping so i will not have a tracking number so how can i confirm my funds without tracking number
As per the Policy explained here, then you will need a Positive Feedback from the buyer. Note, you should also be aware of PayPal's Protection for Sellers Policy, a tracking number is required. Unfortunally there's nothing else the forum can or could help with.
