dispute sham

How is it that I can sell a guy an electronic device in perfect working order, he has it 8 days and leaves positive feedback, then 14 days later says its broken, had ripped the thing apart to find out what the problem was, and disputed it as junk!

Paypal sides with the buyer, and I have to pay this guy for the thing I sold him, that is now in pieces and stripped for parts.

What morons go over this dispute information? The reason, "not as described". Stupid stupid company.

Does the seller always get the shaft when the buyer has something over 10 days, breaks it and disputes it????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
