Suddenly after years of using paypal to print out my shipping labels I now get an incomplete label - it is cutting off the to portion that the PO needs to process this - The label is also printing out in larger print . Help I have boxes backing up to be shipped!!
I have had this same problem! you need to go to File...Set up page .... reduce the page size to 75 or 80 % This will work when you have a smaller than average box too, just reduce it to a smaller %. Hope this helps, I tore my hair out fro a week trying to remember the solution last time.
My work computer printed 30%. I used my home computer and it works fine. So I think it is the computer settings.
I tryed to print it again from Gotomypc on my work computer as a REPRINT and it still only printed 30%. I will try rebooting the work computer and see. ??? can not nail the problem in the head! my advise - try another computer for now and call paypal.
