On March 3rd, I sold this laptop (https://www.ebay.com/itm/152862218708). The buyer later requested a return subsequently causing PayPal to hold the money from that transaction. I accepted the return and provided a return shipping label. The buyer, nearly a week later, closed the return without ever shipping the item. I called eBay and PayPal because the money was still being held even though the transaction was resolved and complete. I was told to wait 24-48 hours. I waited over two days. The money was still held. I called eBay again where the rep opened and closed a case for me through the eBay system in hopes of releasing the PayPal money. Here I am, two-three days later and money is still not released. I've probably spent nearly an hour and a half on the phone combined and this is extremely annoying. How can I get my money?
I find this delay inexcusable and ridiculous. Please, make it stop!!
