Why  I  cannot  withdraw  money  to  my  bank???????? 
It  has  been  so  long  that  I  cannot  withdraw? 
According  to  you:- 
"You  are  limited  to  withdrawing  $500.00  USD  per  month,  if  you  have  not   
linked  and  confirmed  your  card.  " 
It  is  not  true.  I  have  emailed  a  lot  of  time  about  the  issue  but  you   
people  are  good  for  nothing  and  provide  partial  answers. 
Do  you  know,  how  much  is  it  difficult  to  get  credit  card  in  India?  You   
never  know. 
I  have  got  a  new  bank  account  opened  for  you  nasty  people  but  still  you   
are  saying  remaining monthly  limit  is  0$. 
WHY???????????? 
For  god  sake,  let  me  withdraw  what  you  say(500$$  per  month) 
Rectify  this  Immediately.

WTF?? 
I  am  listening  to  this  statement  for  last  2  months???? 
If  you  are  not  able  to  full  fill  your  words,  why  do  you  claim  that  on

Why has PayPal not responded to my credit claim for a defective product I ordered off ebay from a company in China which ebay removed from their seller base after I purchased the product through PayPal and have since returned the product to the company in China and it is all documented and verified that it has been recieved back to the original seller?  Now let's get with it guys!!

for this u need to verify your bank account. for this in account--> overview. click verify bank account.then they will ask some details (eg. account no.,and unique code of the branch of band {this code is normally written on checkbook)

when u provide these details paypal will deposit 2 small amount in ur bank account. u have to just check those deposit and enter the deposit amount in the overview page.then ur account will be verified and all restrictions will be lifted
