When will I receive my $10 for opening a Bing account and paying with Paypal for $25+ purchase?

I received an e-mail from PayPal stating that if I open a Bing Cashback account, I would receive $10 back after making my first $25 purchase, and I'm wondering how long this will take to show up. Does this come from Bing or PayPal?

I wonder the same thing. I sent an e-mail to paypal but no answer. They do not have a topic like that in the Contact Customer Service subjects.

Amanda, that would typically be the way to go about this. The offer however states "Get $10 back in your PayPal account". The cashback percentage amount has posted on my Bing account. However the $10 back from PayPal is MIA.
I contacted Bing but they said that PayPal handles the disbursement of the $10 and it would go to my PayPal account.
Is there any status update on this? The promo ran nearly a month ago.

I am asking the same question...the $10 is supposed to be deposited in my paypal account for starting up bing.

The promotion stated that the $10 would show up in my paypal account. The bing cashback I got on the $25 or more transaction required to get into this promotion is confirmed and pending but no other sign of $10. However, it was/is my understanding that we should receive another $10 from paypal, besides the bing cashback.
I got an e-mail from paypal customer service which does offer any clear answer, just some general info on how to use bing cashback.
I am very unhappy with the way paypal handles this so far.

I also have not recieved anything related to the promotion. I am not surprised It is always like pulling teeth to get anyone to live up to their promotions.

Yup, I've been shifting my business away from Paypal now that it's become clear that they neither honor their word nor work with their customers to figure out the problems that may have occured.
I built a $1000+ gaming PC at Newegg as a Christmas gift that I ha previously intended to use Paypal as means of payment. Instead, I just used my credit card. I typically use Paypal to buy games from Steam as well. I will now use my credit card for that as well. I will no longer shop at eBay either since they are the same company.
At this point it's not the $10 in itself. I would simply prefer to not deal with a company that frauduently induces and then ignores its customers. I'll stick with American Express from now on; they actually value their customers and will work with and fight for their customers. At minimum, they'll at least give you an on point explanation for their actions instead of a canned repy.

I agree 100%. I did a lot of holiday shopping with paypal (and now also using bing). I plan to wait for my bing $ to be deposited, then be done with paypal. They have offered money for various things several times and I've never seen any of it. I finally got an e-mail back stating that I need to call in for my question. A lot of hoops for $10, when it should have just been awarded automatically!
