I have a potential buyer (not through ebay -- another board) that wants to buy something from me. The issue is that she lives in Mexico, but wants me to ship to her brother in the US. Paypal won't let her change her address to a US one so the info (her shipping info vs where she wants me to send) doesn't match. Her brother doesn't want to open a pp account. Am I protected as a seller if I ship priority mail to her brother (w/ insurance and delivery confirmation) if that is not her paypal address? I don't want her to be able to claim she didn't receive an item if I can show it delivered to her brother. Thank you for your help!
