When will I receive my $10 for opening a Bing account and paying with Paypal for $25+ purchase?

I received an e-mail from PayPal stating that if I open a Bing Cashback account, I would receive $10 back after making my first $25 purchase, and I'm wondering how long this will take to show up.  Does this come from Bing or PayPal?

The cashback for the purchase I made for the Bing promotion is under the "Pending" tab. The purchase was made on Nov. 23, and it says I will receive the $3.19 cashback on Jan. 22.

FYI, I contacted PayPal customer service via phone today and was told this is basically all Bing's fault and to contact them. I have done so, and they claim to be working on figuring this all out. Agian, still not impressed with either company over 10 freakin' dollars!

This really is all Bing's fault.  Someone there finally got back to me, and I was told that I did not fulfill all of the criteria (which apparently there are hidden criteria in the "offer").  I think it was just all a scam on Bing's part.  I made my purchase during the time frame, but since it did not process until after Nov. 25, I will not get my $10.  It's just ridiculous.  But for anyone who is upset, contact bing, not paypal, because it is all on their end.  Thanks to Amanda for all her help!

I just contacted BING and got some response. They even have "recent paypal promotion" listed in their contact forms.From the response:

Eligibility is determined upon these four criteria.

a.       Make a $25.00 or more cashback transaction via Bing.

b.      Sign up for a Bing cashback account.

c.       Add your PayPal account as a reward method for cashback payouts.

d.      This all needs to happen within 11/17/09 through 11/25/09.

So if you meet these criteria, contact BING.

Just so you all know, I emailed Bing about my M.I.A. $10 reward on 01/08/10 and, after receiving an email every few days saying they were working on the problem and thanking me for my patience, today I finally had $10 deposited into my Paypal account. Hopefully the same happens for everyone else who meets the criteria.

Halide78, did you pay for your qualifying purchase using Paypal?  The response I got from Paypal was that I did not get the $10 credited, because I did not use Paypal (the merchant does not accept Paypal).  I didn't see anything about that in the terms and conditions of the offer though... They are making good on the offer anyway, which is honorable.
