Seller Protection?

Hi--what seller protection is there for us if a buyer claims item was never recieved? Unfortuately sent with US stamps...help!!!

I work at this very hard, part time --I can't afford to give money back not to mention being sick that these valuable items may be lost! Or stolen.

What you need to know is explained the User Agreement, note the Protection for Sellers section.
