I just had a payment made to pay pal. My payment went so fast that I didn't realize that they were using an old bank account that does not exist anymore. I rushed and called paypal customer service to try to change the method of payment. What a horrible service. This girl Melanie she simply told me that she could not help, that they will try to do the payment and the bank will than let them know that the account doesn't exist anymore and that I have to call the seller and let them know about it and ask for a invoice. All that could be done in one click just by changing the payment method (it is still pending and it was a few minutes ago)

You have to confirm the payment by pushing a button and the computer will wait forever until you pushed that button.
You messed up. Period.
And then you get mad at some poor paypal employee who can't out-race a computer.

you are probably a PC user. On my Mac the payment processed in less than 5 seconds....
