ok so i bought an item on ebay and now my paypal account is negative that amount...after i bought it i found out a friend has one and can give it to me so now i want to cancel it...i never confirmed my bank account so i guess it wrong 3 times will i still get charged for it?

Yes, you still have to pay for it or ebay will give you a strike.

3 strikes and you're permanently banned from ebay.

And, if you leave your paypal account in the negative, paypal will send a collection agency after you for the money.
