PayPal decides in my favor, refunds money, then I receive item.

Pay Pal decided in my favor and refunded my money.  Two days later I receive item, which I wanted from the beginning.  It just didn't get here.  I would like to pay the money and keep item.  What should I do.  I haven't even opened the package.

Seems to me if you have the payee's email you could simply send the payment again to them

it may not reference the original auction but that can be adjusted later. Things with paypal change

some much they may not do it this way anymore.

Why did PayPal put a temporary hold on my refund, when it has been refunded and is apparently in their possession?
