I have been waiting since November 17, 2009 for a seller to send me an item I won and paid for on eBay. After getting the run around for a couple weeks from him, I opened up a PayPal dispute. The seller then stopped replying to me completely and I still have not received my item after 2+ months.
After escalating this to a PP Claim, I now got an e-mail from PP today saying: "Because you reported that this claim has been amicably resolved, this case has been closed."
Say What?! When did I ever tell PP that I "amicably resolved" this with the seller? So now the case is closed and I am out $48 and no auction item.
This B.S. coupled with the 21 day hold e-mail I got a couple weeks ago has me FUMING. Anyone else experience this type of claim closing nonesense?

Sounds like the seller used an old e-mail in which you may have cited that everything was ok.
