PAYPAL PLUS not showing up on website

For years I have been trying to get access to my PayPal Plus credit card online and I simply DO NOT have the link(s) - they aren't there. I log in to paypal and there isn't anything remotely concerning my credit card. I have called, I have emailed, I even had someone take control of my computer while I was on the phone and say "you're right there is no link". I was so frustrated that I almost closed my account after zeroing my account. Now I have a reward voucher and dang it, I want it! 

1) How the heck can I access my credit card nfo online? GE wont let me go through their site.

2) Is there another way to access it and my stupid voucher code? I am thinking I need to go to the BBB

Any help would be appreciated, olease do not refer me to what is listed in the help section as I am well versed in that.

Never mind, I answered my own question! I called again and they linked my accounts together. Not sure why it took so long but I am glad to have it resolved,

I am having the same problem and I have called, emailed etc and have had no luck either.  Did  you get an answer as to who to call to get this resolved.  Last month I mailed in my payment and dared them to even try to charge me a late fee.  I got the letter stating that they waived the late fee but I still didn't get the paper statement that I asked for.  Now here it is payment time again and I am still going through the same thing again this month.  This is ridiculous.  Why did they change everything and then not give us the access we need to pay them.  As soon as I can I will pay this card off and be rid of this issue.  But for now that isn't an option so I need help from anyone that can help.  Thanks in advance.
