I am having the same problem and I have called, emailed etc and have had no luck either. Did you get an answer as to who to call to get this resolved. Last month I mailed in my payment and dared them to even try to charge me a late fee. I got the letter stating that they waived the late fee but I still didn't get the paper statement that I asked for. Now here it is payment time again and I am still going through the same thing again this month. This is ridiculous. Why did they change everything and then not give us the access we need to pay them. As soon as I can I will pay this card off and be rid of this issue. But for now that isn't an option so I need help from anyone that can help. Thanks in advance.
