So, I paid a guy for some goods and he hasn't shipped them for 3 weeks. He said he would do it next monday. But I got an email today saying that he has passed away last night. I didn't knwo him very well, but I do know he was a one man show, so I have no chance getting my items. I obviously cant file a complaint against him, and ask for my money back, so how do I go about getting my money back. If it wasn't a large amount of money, I'd just leave it, but it was a few hundred dollars worth of stuff.
