Item not as described and PayPal claims I did not provide valid tracking info

New to this message board, so please bear with me.  I purchased a college textbook on eBay.  Buyer sent wrong book.  Told me to return and she would refund.  I mailed book back the same day I received it with delivery confirmation.  I provided PayPal with delivery confirmation number and USPS label ID.  They closed the case automatically and told me the info was invalid.  I'm sitting here looking at both receipts and online at USPS when I type in the delivery confirmation number it says out for delivery.

Phone Paypal up and discuss this with them.  You're allowed to appeal their decisions.

While you're talking to them, make sure that they DID actually close the case.  We've had instances where a fake email was used to dupe the buyer into thinking they'd lost the case, so they wouldn't escalate it and get their money back.

You can get Paypal's number by clicking on the "Contact Us" link in your account - the number will be an option there.
