Did you get your refund? I purchased a pair of shoes off zappos on the 11th of Dec, when I paid, I hit paypal, my priority for payment was paypal later but for some reason it went through without even going to the paypal site. After ordering I got on paypal and realized they put the shoes through my checking account and immediately called Zappos and canceled the order. It showed canceled on paypals site within 6 minutes of placing the order. They still attempted to take the $180 out of my checking account which resulted in an NSF fee. Then they tried again and took the $180 out and that was a week later, Monday, Dec 14th. I am still trying to get that money back. I have e-mailed them 3 times, called them and went through 3 operators and get the run around every time. They are sitting on $180 of my money and cost me a $25 NSF fee in the meantime. I need some help and was wondering if you had any luck.
