I purchased a pair of shoes off zappos on the 11th of Dec, when I paid, I hit paypal, my default for payment was paypal later but for some reason it went through without even going to the paypal site. After ordering I got on paypal and realized they put the shoes through my checking account and immediately called Zappos and canceled the order. It showed canceled on paypals site within 6 minutes of placing the order. They still attempted to take the $180 out of my checking account which resulted in an NSF fee. Then they tried again and took the $180 out and that was a week later, Monday, Dec 14th. I am still trying to get that money back. I have e-mailed them 3 times, called them and went through 3 operators and get the run around every time. They are sitting on $180 of my money and cost me a $25 NSF fee in the meantime. I need some help trying to figure out why it is taking Paypal so long to give me my refund when Zappos canceled the item and it showed up on the paypal site in 6 minutes.
