How do i cancel this crap

How do i cancel this freakin thing?  I DO NOT want paypal anymore i think its a bunch of crap after they **bleep** me out of $500.00... I WANT MY ACCOUNT CANCELED

If you decide to close your PayPal account, you should withdraw your PayPal balance funds and then follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Profile at the top of the page.
3. Click Close Account under Account Information and follow the instructions.

I don't know either but I'm glad I'm not the only one they have ripped off with their holier than tho crap about how they keep your purchases safe and all.  I tried to cancel a purchase before it was even a pre-authoraztion because I found the website to be a fraud and they pushed the transaction through even faster and then told me I had options and a recourse and even told me I should escalate it because the seller wasn't responding and I had a good chance of getting it resolved my way. As soon as i did that they immediately told me I was outta luck there was no recourse!  what a bunch of crap!  This is just a way to make sure that scammer websites get their money!!!!!
