From Now On I Am Not Going To Ship Items If Funds Are On Hold.

Because the shipping costs are included in the funds.  If I have no access to the funds cause of the hold, then I have no access to the money the buyer pays for shipping.

I agree I'm going to stop accepting paypal and close my account as soon as MY money is released, Ever since Ebay bought paypal its gone to crap, They just like earning interest on our money,

does any one have the solution with ebay or paypal on how to get these funds released??  I am frustrated that both ebay and paypal dont have a help window/box in order to solve this. Also why is the "pending " only shown after the bid has been made??  I would prefer not to deal with anyone who is going to hold onto funds.  Suggestions  please

After an hour long conversation to some fuc#&^% idiot from the Ph.  this is what I got:

The funds will be hold 24 hour after I receive + feedback on ebay, when I told him that I already received the + feedback(November 30) he hanged up on me, I called and some other fuc#&^%  idiot from Ph. answers me she puts me on hold while  "she talked to her manager" then she starts to laugh and says something yeah fuc#&^% moron I learned tegalog on h.s. you were talking about how you managed to get a White guy Puti is not "manager", after she was done explaining "the rules" I told her that i already knew that and I already got my + feedback she also hanged up on me.... so I have $600 on my account that I have no idea when will I be able to use,  I will not use this crap ever again

You got really really bad customer service. I HATE this policy but in fairness I called customer service today to resolve a hold issue. She resolved and released my $$ then an there.

FOD, I would raise **bleep**. Seems if you get somebody who knows what they're doing they can help and expidite things. Even so the policy is complete garbage and makes things far more difficult than they should be.

I agree the hold situiation is only ok with sellers that have the funds to ship< but alot of us are stuck waiting on funds, right now i have over 150.00 stuck in paypal cuz the items I was paid for that were released I had to use that money to ship money so there is at least 150 stuck in paypal and the customers have their merchandise, I try to contact them and they dont reply.

How do you stop the payments from holding is there a way to stop it?

The not knowing about the hold was the bad part.  I shipped priority mail, the buyer didn't pick up the package for a week after receiving the notice from the post office.  I have sent numerous messages to him to leave feedback.  Still no feedback and still the money is on hold.  Of course, I have already left positive feedback for the prompt payment, that I found out was on hold to late.  Can we change our feedback?  I really do not want to do it until the payment clears, what if he says the product was broke, not what he was told it was?  Then I would be out the product and the money.

This is complete bull I sold off some of my coin collection to have money for christmas because I am broke and now I have nothing but a pending transaction I did't have money to ship or for fees to start with you can't mail something with nothing. Gee ya think I will rip off paypal come on I have had an account since 2004 for christs sake.  As it looks now ebay and paypal will be a thing of the past very very soon I know I am pulling all my paypal ads off websites as I type this and recommending that noone signup for them.  I am taking my buisness to revolution money exchange unless this crap stops.  I will not pay out of my pocket to ship something when it takes away from my childrens christmas!!!!

my pending is for items shipped to Sweden  and now god knows when I m getting paid... Its not like we can even make some sort of statement on our ebay as its pay pal who are doing this..   maybe we need to start asking our customers  to send us money orders instead    and see how pay pal feel not getting their cut....??? lol
