LMAO want something interesting to read go to google and search for v PayPal and read some of the lawsuits filed against PayPal and Ebay for bad business cool thing is I am searching these cases to find out if any ended with a ruling that would render cause for a revoking of their WV business license as it has several stipulations dealing with unfair business as well as convictions and case rulings.  This just gets better and better PayPal can't not refund unsatisfied people or they face another RICO case like thay had in New York so I guess this is their idea of satisfying the RICO and saving a few bucks at the expense of the sellers.  Personally if anyone gets one clear case where this is illegal and investigated it opens the flood gates for a class action suit against PayPal as holding funds without prior notice is causing a lot of people to overdraft accounts and mount several fees which can be recovered in civil or group arbitrations. ... If you ship a package via usps and pay for delivery confirmation the number on the delivery conformation can be used in paypal as the tracking number.   This is getting really annoying though I had a friend come forward the other day telling me that she had purchased something for $382 using her paypal and paypal charged her bank 3 times for the money all 3 times the bank paid it and when she called paypal they told her they would reimburst only 1 of the transactions. wtf is up with this?   I am awaiting for one final sell to clear via paypal then I am moving everything to my new amazon account and from the looks of it I am taking several friends and family members with me. ... I sent my item out regardless of the payment hold however if this goes south I am contacting the BBB and will take whatever action that is legaly open to me to collect payment.  Physical stores can sue to collect payment so can I.   This is the worst policy I have ever seen.  I regret to say that I will not be selling any further items until this policy is taken care of and discarded as the bad buisiness practice it is. ... This is complete bull I sold off some of my coin collection to have money for christmas because I am broke and now I have nothing but a pending transaction I did't have money to ship or for fees to start with you can't mail something with nothing. Gee ya think I will rip off paypal come on I have had an account since 2004 for christs sake.  As it looks now ebay and paypal will be a thing of the past very very soon I know I am pulling all my paypal ads off websites as I type this and recommending that noone signup for them.  I am taking my buisness to revolution money exchange unless this crap stops.  I will not pay out of my pocket to ship something when it takes away from my childrens christmas!!!!   Signed A former satisfied paypal customer ...
