Do my funds go on hold everytime?

OKay since I am a first time seller my funds are on hold til the item is recieved, does this happen the next time I sale something too?

as far as i know that all transactions that fall under purchases will be placed on hold for 21 days until buyer recieves the item. im not that sure if pesonal payments are also affected.. i dont recommend using the personal tab for purchases to skip the hold process because its not disputable and the its not covered by the protection policy. i think....

Mine do...but PayPal takes their payment out right away...strange how that is.

lately when I go to list an item it tells me "paypal may delay the transaction"  this takes a few days.  They take their funds, but hold up my listing?????

They don't hold up your listing - you're listing shows up within the 24 hours s usual.
