I'm in the middle of a dispute with a buyer (charge reversal). I received an e-mail from PayPal instructing me to log in to my account, go to the "Resolution Center," and enter the tracking info for the package in question.
Where, on the Resolution Center page, do I enter the tracking number? It isn't obvious to me where to enter it. Do I click "add" next to the "notes" section, and enter the number there?

I entered a wrong carrier on a dispute and need to correct it. I did put in the correct tracking number I put in UPS when it was suppose to be UPS
