I just tried to order a NetBook off of Walmart.Com. & I get to the end to pay thru my paypal using my master-debit card, & it would not allow me to finish processing my payment. what's up with that? I can use it everywhere else besides that site. why? Then on top of that, I'm trying to figure out if my 2 pending payments, because I tried to process it twice. Will I be charged both times? Seriously, I couldn't get what I needed from the site, so I shouldn't have to pay because I'd be extemely **bleep** if I did!
It's highly unlikely that you'll be charged at all, but the pending payments may stay on your account for a few days - they drop off automatically if there isn't a completed charge.
I can't answer why your debit card wouldn't work - perhaps it's some reason at your bank. Talk to them on Monday and see if they can figure it out.
