Hi, I'm new to using paypal and I have a quick question. I sold a item and I received a "Payment Temporary Holding" email. The email also includes a confirmation number. The buyers address is confirmed and the email said I have to send the shipping details to to shippingalert @ mail2consultant.com. What do I do? Do I package the item off and ask for a tracking number and send the tracking number to paypal or what?
if this true for me right now....I just checked and it has been delivered today. No payment....yet. Im gonna loose it. I will drive to the shipping address and "solve" this myself.
