sending customer a payment for postage after refund was made

Hey there.  I have sent the wrong item to my customer and he has posted it back to me at his expense. I have already refunded the item but how can I send him a further payment to cover the postage he incurred.  Thanks

You can't refund over the amount he paid you.

What you have to do is go to send money > friends / family (so he is not charged a fee) > make sure you 'fund' that payment via funds in your balance OR bank transfer and NOT a card ....so you don't get a fee either and send.
