wondering if anybody can help i sold a phone sent it rm special delivery the bloke says not received it and opened a dispute, but checked tracking and its been signed for and hes selling the phone on ebay, what can i do

If you sent it to the address on the paypal payment page, and you've kept the tracking info, you'll have no bother, just enter the tracking details when prompted to. Dont lose the special delivery receipt, depending on the value of the cell phone you may be asked to supply a scan or photograph of it . You can also report the buyer to ebay, but you'd be better asking for that link on the ebay forums
