who do paypal think they are holdind money back for up to 21 days, there quick on the draw to take there cut.

 holding payments until they recieve poitive feedback are a joke. i have been dealing with paypal 4yrs with no problems then had to set a new ebay accout as my email address was hacked and now they hold the money back on each transaction. going to ask buyers for other means of payment. even when you get positive feedback im still having to phone them up to release my funds, absolute disgrace

Paypal have blocked the funds for Second chance poundies. This is an animal charity and all the funds have been donated by the general public. As paypal is owned by ebay i urge ebay to help sort this problem out...........Animals are at risk of being put to sleep because the funds cant be sent to the vets and kennels.

Hi guys,

 

I realise that it can be frustrating when your money is being held on your account. Firstly, if you have created a new eBay account, this would be why the funds are being held on your PayPal account when they are being received. 

 

If you have an old eBay account with a history of selling on the account, you should contact us and we can escalate both accounts to the relevant department in order for us to have the holds released to your account. 

 

I am unable to see both of your accounts so I can't tell you exactly what the issue is and how you can get the issue resolved. You should try contacting customer services in order for us to investigate it further on your behalf.

Hi, i received this email at 11:32 am yesterday morning,

We've released the payment hold on the funds listed below.

You can see the details on the History page of your account.

Send-to address: (Removed by Moderator)

 

As this email states it said the payment had been realeased.. and i dispatched the item 2 days ago but still haven't received the money?

Does he not realise, in common with most Internet-based organisations, this is essentially impossible to do - any attempt to contact goes to some kind of service centre with staff who reply: (genuine quotation):

Hi MOLLYx,

 

Can you see an available balance in your PayPal account? If you can, you will be able to withdraw the funds in your account to your bank account.

 

Our system doesn't automatically withdraw the money to your bank account once the funds have been released to you. You would need to do this manually yourself on your account.
