who do paypal think they are holdind money back for up to 21 days, there quick on the draw to take there cut. holding payments until they recieve poitive feedback are a joke. i have been dealing with paypal 4yrs with no problems then had to set a new ebay accout as my email address was hacked and now they hold the money back on each transaction. going to ask buyers for other means of payment. even when you get positive feedback im still having to phone them up to release my funds, absolute disgrace
