I've had a client buy a regular service from my website, and the transaction has been under investigation for FIVE WEEKS. I've talked to paypal, and noone can give me any answers, just that it shouldn't have taken this long. This is rediculous! I need to know what the problem is with the transaction. Is it the PAYER who is under investigation?
