It says on your help page regarding payments on hold that, pay pal is supposed to email you to tell you why your payment is on hold and when the funds will be available. This doesnt happen. Ive had one dispute over an item in years. 100% positive feedback and you have withheld the payment for the last three items i sold on ebay. Seperate company? Ive removed my items from sale on Ebay and cancelled a couple of orders. Ive had enough of you. Withholding hundreds of pounds,from a fraction of your customers, for 21 days is easy money for pay pal.
