Paypal reserves $6400 from my account, how do I release this?!
I do transactions on Paypal that does not average on that amount, I think it is pretty big amount they're reserving and is affecting my cashflow. Will this be negotiable? Also I tried calling, and they say to release it will take 3-6 months..? Pretty sure that is illegal....
