Hello, I hope someone could help me out here. I bought an item off a seller from Ebay, and this was the first time i actually use my credit card not paypal through the payment transaction. I recieved a text message from the bank stating that the amount was debited from my account and a confirmation email from paypal saying that i have paid the seller successfully. Few hours later the seller sent me a message asking me to confirm if i wanna cancel the order? I told him i never ask for a cancellation, then he explains that the amount is on hold and he recieved an email from paypal stating “you have received a payment that we believe may not have been authorized by the paypal account holder” and few instructions of not shipping the item, and if the shipment was sent then the seller should provide the shipping details. Any idea why this happened? And how to resolve the issue? I dont want the order to be cancelled as i got the item for a really good price. Help please!
