negative balance

I sold game account few weeks ago, and i dont know what happened i think this guys fake reported that he didnt received the item or something.

and later paypal gave me a negative balance and i been mailing them like 5 times and they didnt gave me a right answer that i wanted to hear.i even have some photos that he actually put positve feedback and send me the messege that he thinks this item is really good, i dont know why paypal just give the moneyback to this scmmmers that just saying tht they didnt get ****. it makes me feel like i cant no longer use paypal to make a deal in ebay or amazon.

In the event of an item not received dispute the 'only way' paypal can tell if its true or not is if the seller provides a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the buyer.

You can't do that with digital / virtual items and so that is why there is no paypal seller protection for them, you can sell them but at your own risk
