at 10 August I sold an account from a game to a guy. None of us used Ebay. I sent him the account details and he changed everything and he sent me the money directly from his PayPal to mine.
As I am a new user, the money has been placed in hold.
As it is an account and thus a virtual good, it doesn't have to be sent and so there is no tracking number available. On the same day I marked it as "sent" and he confirmed it. Although it still says: "Status: PENDING".
The release date has been set to 13 august 2016 (today).
My question is: As the money is still being hold, will I be able to use it the day after, so tomorrow the 14th of august?
Because the 21 days have been changed to 3 days because it has been marked as "sent".
