Money Still Pending

I have sold an item on eBay and received the payment from my buyer within a couple hours. But the money was pending and I know it could take up to 21 days to receive the money and be able to use it. My buyer has received the product and hasn't had any issue with it. It has been more than 21 days now and the money in my account is still unavailiable. Is there anyway that you could somehow fix this problem?

Well no one here can fix anything for you as this is not paypal customer services.

You need to contact customer services direct and ask them to release the funds.

Well i tried to contact them before and all they send me is automated messages.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
