Can I call PayPal to ask them to close a dispute against me?

I sold an item on June 1st, sent the item the next day 2nd class signed for. The buyer recieved the item on 4th June and has signed for the package. Then yesterday the buyer opens a non receipt claim against me. I have provided tracking as well as uploading their signature showing the date and time the item was delivered. Can I call PayPal and ask them to close the dispute or have I got to wait for them to review? Just as I have some funds stuck in my account as the dispute has made my account overdrawn. The buyer has opened up fraudulent disputes against two other people in the community I sell in over the weekend.
