Dear Paypal....

                          Please can you confirm your policy on replying to customers with issues, especially when it comes to them being out of pocket due to a paypal transaction.

Personally i have found it to be to not reply and just ignore the customer, seems many others have same experience... So feel free to comment here. It may help ALOT of people
