PayPal account limitation !!!

So my PayPal account has been limited (not allowed to do anything until I sold it which I can't do 

I am under 18 who sells on eBay, up until now PayPal if been restricting people's accounts to stop fraud etc, I don't see why I need to over 18 to have PayPal but I can be under 18 to have a credit card ?

i sold something on the app Depop which was connected to my PayPal that I said now restricted and can't send or withdraw money from it, it ask for age verification like passport or drivers license which I obviously don't have because I am under 18 and not old enough to have an account. You cannot close your account either which basically means I have lost the money I had just got from a customer  

Paypal also not replying to emails 😞

You broke paypals rules and terms of service by opening a legal paypal account underage.

I can't say that i blame them not wanting to do future business with you.

If you can't obey rules when you open an account then odds are they can't trust you with running that account.
