So my PayPal account has been limited (not allowed to do anything until I sold it which I can't do I am under 18 who sells on eBay, up until now PayPal if been restricting people's accounts to stop fraud etc, I don't see why I need to over 18 to have PayPal but I can be under 18 to have a credit card ? i sold something on the app Depop which was connected to my PayPal that I said now restricted and can't send or withdraw money from it, it ask for age verification like passport or drivers license which I obviously don't have because I am under 18 and not old enough to have an account. You cannot close your account either which basically means I have lost the money I had just got from a customer Paypal also not replying to emails 😞 anyone able to help me
