Yes I called got the actual office that sets the reserves and the only answer I got was " the reserve is there because of customer satisfaction they may decide after a month they are not happy or even longer" Points to note 1. My client satisfaction has got absolutely nothing to do with PayPal I was ( maybe mistakenly ) under the impression they were an online payment solution NOT a self assigned public relations committee for my company. 2. We already carry a FULL 30 day money back guarantee.. If there not happy in the first 30 days we refund them the full amount of there fee. 3. In 99.9% of businesses if your not happy and complain it is resolved So what this person is saying is basically that I can go to a fancy hotel ( the Hilton lets say ) have a good weekend eat and drink my fill then in 2 months time decide I'm not happy and get a refund.. IF this can be done in the staff members little perfect world then can I join in. 4. We sold ( yes sold not sell THANKS PAYPAL ) web hosting, design and Internet radio streaming so in your staff members small misguided, nieve and probably from the repetative I can not speak for my self so I will read from a cue sheet as I am a robot from the planet of You Can Get A Refund At Any Time. My clients can sign up buy a digital product from me say a 10 year .com domain registration for £68 then on day 89 decide there not happy and get a refund and I'm out of pocket some £100 yup that makes good practise or is it a case of the more you earn as a seller PayPal see £££££ signs so decide to hold more for longer. Answer that point for point with out the normal chained responses. Bearing in mind I've been around the Internet for a very very long time including project manager for Symantec so BS Detection is in my blood ( I'm 1/2 dog well being treated like a full dog anyone want to throw me a bone I play fetch good)
