A temporary hold has been put on two amounts in our paypal account due to disputes raised with ebay by buyers.
In both cases the goods were dispatched immediately but the buyer was not in to receive delivery and so opened a dispute for non supply of goods! Both buyers have now signed for and received their goods and we have signature proof to verify this. One buyer has even left positive feedback stating the goods have been received. Neither buyer will respond to my requests to close the dispute with ebay and so it remains open and the money held. Please advise how I resolve this. Thank you
If they are disputes they should "bug" out at 20 days.
If its been escalated to a claim then paypal should close it in your favour if any tracking numbers you have provided show delivery of the item to your buyers.
If it was an ebay transaction you could contact your buyers and ask them to close the dispute by giving them a phone call via advanced search top of ebay pages > contact member left side of page.
