A temporary hold has been put on two amounts in our paypal account due to disputes raised with ebay by buyers. In both cases the goods were dispatched immediately but the buyer was not in to receive delivery and so opened a dispute for non supply of goods! Both buyers have now signed for and received their goods and we have signature proof to verify this. One buyer has even left positive feedback stating the goods have been received. Neither buyer will respond to my requests to close the dispute with ebay and so it remains open and the money held. Please advise how I resolve this. Thank you
