I'm very confused here. So I fell ill and wasn't able to ship out a lot of items. Cases were filed through Ebay and then Paypal put my funds on hold, but when I go ahead and approve the refund, instead of using the funds on hold, it decides to issue the refund via eCheck? So what happened to the funds that were on hold??? If the funds are on hold AND I'm getting charged via eCheck, then I'm getting hit TWICE. What is the situation here?
