Donation made but then refund

Hello! So I received a donation from someone on my minecraft server which gave them perks on the server. Within around a week they did something against the rules of the server, and therefore, were banned. This has caused them to create a dispute under false terms of unauthorised payment ( which it isn't seeing as they are the ones who decided to donate in the first place. ) Now, I would reply as per normal with the dispute, but seeing as its a digital rank and the only options I have on the dispute is for it being shipped, I do not know how to fight this. I have proof of him receiving all of his permissions and witnesses, and him then saying that there is no way for you to know the actual problem after he falsely reported it for unauthorised payment. Please get back to me ASAP!

Hi there,

In the first instance, we review the claim on the buyer's side to see if we can find evidence of third party access to there account and don't just accept the claim. We have to make you aware of this happening and ask you to provide information. In this circumstance, I would always advise that you wait a few days for our team to review the initial claim before providing evidence.

Thant said once we confirm there has been third-party access to the account, donations would not be covered by Seller Protection and the payment would be reversed.

Thanks

Martin
