Declined payment process

Hi
If we have a client who has a monthly subscription payment declined by PayPal due to being overdrawn etc. What does PayPal do? Does it send notification emails? Does allow for us to manually override?

Welcome to the Community!
If a buyer has a subscription service to you and this fails, we would notify the buyer that the payment has failed and to contact you directly to reactivate the subscription service to you.
If the buyer then contacts you to reactivate the subscription, you should be able to do this on your side or the buyer may be able to reactivate this on their PayPal account.
