Hi I am in a claim with a seller but he e mailed me stating unless I reverse charge back I will not get my re fund. Please can you advise me how I reverse them ? Also my claim says seller to respond by 10 June but says still waiting for response. I have tried e mailing papal but it says to phone them. I am 72 and i am struggling on this issue, also I have not got great hearing. Is there anyway I can ask about my claim as it is 4 days over the 10. I have had no messages. I just want to pay the £14-00 so I can get my £52-00 refund. Please can you help me. Thank you

DO NOT CLOSE ANY DISPUTE, IF YOU HAVE ESCALATED IT TO A CLAIM THEN OF COURSE THE SELLER CAN REFUND YOU.

But if you close it then the seller won't bother and you can't re-open another one.

HOWEVER is this a paypal dispute OR have you gone directly via your card issuer to file a chargeback? If you have gone directly via your card issuer then you need to contact them as they make the decision and if you win its the seller that pays any fees.

If you need to phone paypal then do this  >>

Click on help / contact bottom of this page > click on phone customer services in the blue band at the top > log in > get the code and then phone.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

Oh thank you so much, I have put in a claim to the seller with PayPal but on my account it says awaiting response from the seller. It says they should respond by the 10 of June but the have not. I'm unsure if this case will be closed by PayPal as if not received anything about what will happen next. I paid £52-00 for item I have not received. The order was placed on 9 may. How do I cancel the charge back with PayPal so at least I will get a part of my money back even if it means I lose £14-00.  I am 72 and I haven't a clue what else to do. Thank you ever so much for your quick response
